To Whom It May Concern,

On Friday, 19 January, I stopped by East Texas Seals in Van, Texas in search of two o-rings. I had not realized you weren't a retailer. Nonetheless, I was accommodated with courtesy and efficiency. Within minutes, I was handed exact matches for the two o-rings. When I asked how much they cost, I was told there would be no charge. This blessed me in two ways.

First, it spoke volumes about the ethos of your company and employees great customer service, community mindedness, and a spirit of generosity.

Second, I work for Youth With A Mission (YWAM) Tyler at the Lindale campus. We operate within a tight budget and try to be faithful stewards of what God has given us. Right now, we have a volunteer who has been fixing some of our machinery and tools. Rather than throw away a perfectly good floor jack (except for leaky o-rings), he set to repairing it. I was tasked with finding the replacement parts.

He just let me know that they were a perfect fit, so we have been able to extend the life of yet another piece of equipment at no cost-thanks to your company.
