Below is an email reply from ETS’s Lee Harvey to a customer seeking a custom solution for a valve sealing problem. After reading this correspondence, it will agreed that it should be posted as an explanation of the company’s strengths and an example of our eagerness to serve our customers:

We are in the process of determining the optimal way to solve your sealing issue. 

We are a stocking distributor with strategic manufacturing partnerships, here in the U.S., Canada and abroad, primarily making parts here in North America. ETS can help design and engineer seals specific for most all applications. We also work closely with mixers/ compounders to develop materials when applications exceed existing capabilities, or if you are looking to adjust a material to fit a specific need. 

The “tougher” the application is where we shine brightest, although, we stock a lot of the industry leading products and have many of ETS spec’d materials approved with key industry leaders.
